The Concussion Awareness Community Education Committee is a dedicated group of professionals, volunteers and experts in various health fields, who are committed to educating the general public, including coaches, parents, athletes and health care professionals on how to prevent, recognize and manage signs and symptoms of a concussion, where to go for help, and the value of baseline testing.

The Concussion Awareness Community Education committee delivers informative presentations on the topic of concussions for workplaces, schools and teams at no cost. If you or your organization is interested in receiving a presentation for the committee, please fill in this registration form and e-mail the completed version to Deanna Rector at [email protected].
We can connect you to sources that offer baseline concussion testing services where collect important data is collected on individuals who may be susceptible to experiencing a concussion. If a situation arises where the individual believes that they may have sustained a concussion, they can use the data from the initial baseline test to determine if they have concussion symptoms, aiding medical professionals in their assessment and treatment plan.
