Committee Structure and Overview

Overview

The Concussion Awareness Community Education Committee is comprised of healthcare professionals in the community that are dedicated to providing resources, information and strategies to deal with the pervasive problem of concussions. 

The committee operates under the umbrella of Sault Ste. Marie Safe Communities Partnership, a local safety and injury prevention organization. Safe Communities Partnership is the umbrella organization for injury prevention interests and initiatives in Sault Ste. Marie. It is the Partnership's mission to make Sault Ste. Marie the safest place in the world in which to live, learn work, and play by creating a culture instilled with safety, education and commitment to injury prevention.
